Privacy Policy

This policy is for Autobizia at https://www.iafuturize.ca, operated by Intelligent Automation. It covers restaurant inventory, recipes, purchase orders, and related kitchen data. It is not the privacy policy of autobiz.com, Autobiz S.A.S., or any automotive valuation company.

What we collect

• Account details you or your manager provide: name, work email, role, and store location.
• Sign-in identity from Microsoft Entra. We do not store your Microsoft password.
• Operational data you connect or enter: POS sales, menu items, recipes, inventory counts, vendor catalogues, and order drafts.
• Technical logs needed to run the service: timestamps, approximate location of a store you configured, and browser errors.

How we use it

We use this information only to run Autobizia: deduct sales from stock, forecast demand, draft orders, and show your kitchen the books. We do not sell personal information. We do not use kitchen data to advertise to guests.

Where it is stored

The live operational books for a store can live on that store's outbound kitchen node. Azure holds queues, snapshots, and the website you sign into. Training exports used for forecasting are operational aggregates, not guest profiles.

Cookies

We use a session cookie so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your choices

Ask your store admin to update or deactivate an invited account. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, email orders@autobizia.ca. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) applies to this service.
