Privacy Policy

This policy is for Autobizia at https://www.iafuturize.ca, operated by Intelligent Automation Services ("we", "us"). It covers restaurant inventory, recipes, purchase orders, forecasts, and related kitchen data.

Who this applies to

This policy applies to store owners, managers, and invited staff who sign in to Autobizia, and to anyone who contacts support. Guests of a restaurant are not Autobizia users. We do not collect diner profiles, loyalty identities, or payment-card numbers from the POS beyond the operational sales quantities needed to deduct stock and forecast demand.

What we collect

• Account details you or your manager provide: name, work email, role, and store location.
• Sign-in identity from Microsoft Entra External ID. We do not store your Microsoft password.
• Operational data you connect or enter: POS item quantities and prices, menu items, recipes, inventory counts, vendor catalogues, invoices you upload, and purchase-order drafts. We do not keep diner names, emails, phones, delivery addresses, or card details from the POS. Those fields are stripped before a ticket is stored.
• Store configuration: hours, order days, count schedules, and custom count groups.
• Technical logs needed to run the service: timestamps, the store you configured, browser or app errors, and security events.

How we use it

We collect only what is needed to run the kitchen: sign-in, stock, recipes, orders, and forecasts. We use this information to deduct sales from stock, forecast demand, draft orders, keep a 72-hour version history of kitchen edits for administrators, and show your team the books. We do not sell personal information. We do not use kitchen data to advertise to guests. We do not train public foundation models on your recipes or sales.

Where it is stored

Operational books live in Azure (Canada / the region configured for your tenant). Azure holds queues, snapshots, and the website you sign into. Training exports used for forecasting are operational aggregates (item quantities by day), not guest profiles. Session cookies stay on your device.

Cookies and similar technology

We use a session cookie so you stay signed in, and short-lived application cache in the browser so kitchen screens open faster. We do not use advertising, social, or cross-site tracking cookies.

Sharing

We share data only with processors that host or deliver the product (cloud infrastructure, email delivery, and Microsoft identity). We share a vendor order when you choose to send one. We disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of the service.

Retention

Account and operational records are kept while the store usesAutobizia and for a limited period afterward so history, forecasts, and audits remain reconstructible. Kitchen undo records expire after 72 hours. You can ask us to delete personal information that is not required to keep the store's books intact.

Your choices

Ask your store admin to update or deactivate an invited account. To request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, email support@iafuturize.ca. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) applies to this service. You may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

Access is limited to invited accounts. Credentials are encrypted at rest. Role-based access keeps staff from Settings and History unless they are an owner or admin. No security measure is perfect; report suspected misuse to support@iafuturize.ca.

Children

Autobizia is a workplace tool. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes and revise the date above. Continued use after a posted change means you accept the updated policy.
