Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Autobizia (https://www.iafuturize.ca), restaurant inventory and ordering software from Intelligent Automation. By signing in or starting setup you agree to them. Autobizia is not affiliated with autobiz.com or other automotive Autobiz products.

The service

Autobizia helps a restaurant track stock, map recipes, deduct POS sales, and draft purchase orders. Forecasts and suggested orders are decision support. You remain responsible for what you buy, serve, and report.

Accounts

Access is by invitation. You must use a work account you are authorized to connect. Managers are responsible for who they invite and for the accuracy of recipes, counts, and vendor catalogues.

Your data

You own the operational data you put into Autobizia. We process it to provide the product, as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have the right to connect POS and vendor information you upload.

Acceptable use

Do not probe the service, share login credentials, or use Autobizia for anything other than the invited restaurant location. We may suspend an account that puts other kitchens or the platform at risk.

Availability

We aim to keep the site and kitchen sync running, but the service is provided as-is. Forecasts can be wrong. A network or kitchen-node outage can delay a snapshot.
