Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Autobizia (https://www.iafuturize.ca), restaurant inventory and ordering software from Intelligent Automation Services. By signing in or starting setup you agree to them.

The service

Autobizia helps a restaurant track stock, map recipes, deduct POS sales, configure counts, and draft purchase orders. Forecasts and suggested orders are decision support. You remain responsible for what you buy, serve, count, and report. We may improve, pause, or retire features, including catalogue upload, while the rest of the product stays available.

Accounts and access

Access is by invitation or an authorized store login. You must use a work account you are authorized to connect. Managers are responsible for who they invite and for the accuracy of recipes, counts, prices, and vendor catalogues. Staff accounts may be limited to kitchen edits. Do not share passwords or session cookies.

Your data

You own the operational data you put into Autobizia. We process it to provide the product, as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have the right to connect POS and vendor information you upload. Kitchen edits are logged so you can undo recent changes for 72 hours; the operational audit history may be retained longer.

Acceptable use

Use Autobizia only for the invited restaurant location. Do not probe the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other kitchens, or upload malware. Do not use the product to store cardholder data or health records. We may suspend an account that puts other kitchens or the platform at risk.

Forecasts and counts

Demand forecasts use historical sales, weather, and events. They can be wrong. Count schedules and custom groups are configuration you control. You are responsible for verifying recipes and inventory before relying on live deduction.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site running, including scale-to-zero wake on first request, but the service is provided as-is. A network or platform outage can delay a snapshot or an order draft. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Intelligent Automation Services is not liable for lost profits, spoilage, or stockouts arising from a forecast, outage, or configuration error. Our aggregate liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim, or CAD $100 if you paid nothing.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if we discontinue the product. On request we will help export operational data that remains reasonably available.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable consumer law says otherwise.
